Water is the essential medium for all of your metabolic processes, and without it, your organs and cells fail to run efficiently. While having fun in the summer sun is great for your mental health, the extra heat causes you to lose water more rapidly through sweat, sometimes faster than you might be able to replace it! That’s why we recommend hydrating at every opportunity, not only by drinking water, but by eating hydrating foods.
