This equation is great for when you don't want to bother with recipes, and just need to get something in-the-works FAST!
There are only three steps to a delicious dinner:
1) Throw the ingredients in your pot;
2) Leave to cook for the day;
Here's the equation:
Dinner = P + V + S + L
P = protein
V = vegetables and/or carbohydrate
S = seasonings
L = liquid to cover
